1.8 Supplier Enablement Strategy Accelerator and Kickoff

Overview

Supplier Enablement Strategy Accelerator will provide Coupa’s recommended supplier enablement strategy leveraging customers spend data and Coupa’s insights. This is led by Coupa’s Supplier Enablement SME and Coupa Advantage, it includes:

  • Defining the potential enablement spend and structured spend based on customer spend and customer profile.
  • Supplier segmentation for digitized transactions (e-invoicing) and structured spend
  • At go-live and post go-live supplier enablement strategy
  • Tail-end strategy
  • Overview of Coupa Advantage program and opportunities
  • Defining customer roles and responsibilities required to support ongoing (post go-live) supplier enablement efforts

The Supplier Enablement Strategy Accelerator will be applied for net new engagements per the below regional launch dates.

  • North America – Launching April 1, 2022
  • EMEA –  May 2022
  • LATAM – May 2022
  • Asia Pacific & Japan – TBD
