Delivering training to business users is key for ensuring success during UAT, Go live and post go live. This is a key transitional step and knowledge transfer that will lead to successful rollout and adoption. Coupa adheres to Train the Trainer approach where we enable training leads to deliver training for their business. Key project leads, admins and trainers are encouraged to sign up at the start of the project to receive core platform certification from Coupa University. Coupa University learning courses may be supplemented by additional knowledge transfer from customer's project delivery lead to customer on those specific to customer design and configuration in appropriate product areas.
