Coupa University Refund Policy 

Once the order form to purchase the training class is mutually signed, the order for the class is not cancellable. All sales are final. If the appointed individual is not able to attend, the company will be credited and able to apply the seat purchase at a later date.

Program Cancellation Policy

Coupa reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any scheduled class. In the event Coupa should cancel a class, the registered students will be notified via email. The customer's or student's sole remedy shall be the refund of any prepaid course fees. If the paying customer must cancel their class reservation, the opportunity will be updated and the customer will not be charged. The customer will not be charged until after the scheduled training dates listed on their purchased order form. 

Complaint Resolution Policy
