Coupa University is only qualified to offer CPE Credits to Certified Public Accountants.

Where can I find information on class registration, refunds, and cancellations policies?

You can find more information by visiting our Administrative Policies.

How do I print my CPE Certificate?

Once you have completed the course and passed the exam, you may download your certificate of completion under your "achievements" tab in the Coupa University eLearning portal.

Do I have to complete the evaluation form in order to receive CPE credit?

Yes; all Group Live attendees must complete the Evaluation Survey in order to unlock certificate.

How do I redeem the CPE credits I have obtained by attending a Group Live session?

Please follow the steps required by your CPA agency's policy and fill in all necessary fields as requested.

Can I qualify for CPE credits outside of the US?

The CPE program is only available to organizations in the United States.
