Spend Guard's audit priority level for each flagged employee, supplier, and suspicious activity is now influenced by user feedback.
What we were thinking
Previously, Spend Guard sorted flagged suspicious activities by standard risk or by date, depending on the alert. Auditors needed to review each individual document regardless of whether he or she believes it should be a high priority.
Spend Guard's new audit priority for flagged activities examines various factors, depending on the activity, to determine which activities should be considered a high priority. In addition to viewing a priority level for flagged activities, auditors can also view an audit priority level of individual employees as well as suppliers.
Now, auditors can quickly learn which flagged employees, suppliers, and activities are considered a high priority so they know where to direct their attention first.
