Sure it’s a longer title than “account representative”, but that’s our outlook at Coupa. Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) works with you at a strategic level to maximize Coupa. During the implementation phase, this team will meet with you to measure and document your top metrics that define Success then will work with you throughout your life with Coupa to measure your success.
Your CSM rep will meet with you periodically to review progress with your entire Coupa team, refine your goals, keep you up to date on current offerings and ensure strategic alignment. Consider your CSM your advocate at Coupa who will listen to your needs and identify and bring in resources from across Coupa to meet those needs and ensure success. Your CSM is also ultimately responsible for your renewal and contractual relationship with Coupa.
