If cart is created successfully, configuration is complete.

What if there is a problem?

 All punchout failures are emailed to Coupa admins. 

 

Issue How do I fix it?

Cart creation failed

Cart creation can fail, if the unit of measure (UOM) that is being ordered is not set up in Coupa. To fix this issue, contact the supplier and get an updated list of UOMs. Then create the unit of measure from the Setup > Company Setup > Units of Measure screen. Some suppliers have expiration on the punchout. If the punchout is open for longer than the allotted time, cart creation may fail. To fix this issue, contact the supplier and have them resend the punchout.
