To all our customers,

I wanted to take a moment to share steps that we are taking in response to COVID-19 (coronavirus), including how we are ensuring the continued delivery of the services and support that we provide you and our global BSM community.

Our highest priority remains the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, and suppliers. As we all navigate through these unprecedented times, here is what you can expect from us:

Ensuring Our Customers’ Success

We are committed to providing you with the same level of service and accessibility to the Coupa platform. As this situation continuously evolves, you have my commitment that you will have full engagement from our Customer Value Managers, Professional Services, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure your success.

​Ensuring Our Coupa Colleagues’ Safety

Out of an abundance of caution and based on guidance from global health organizations, we proactively implemented a mandatory work from home policy for our Coupa colleagues globally through at least March 20. We are also suspending all business travel plans both regionally and internationally during this time. Our internal Safety Committee is continuing to monitor developments related to COVID-19 and will dynamically recalibrate our work and travel policies, as needed.

Ensuring Our Operational Excellence

We have formalized our business continuity plan (BCP) to help ensure consistency in our operating procedures. Simply put, we have established systems, communication infrastructure, security protocols, support processes, and workforce capacity, dispersed worldwide, to support our core business activities while ensuring your success.

We are continuing to monitor ongoing developments and to follow protocol and guidance from government and health organizations and will stay in touch as the situation develops. In the meantime, if you have any specific questions related to our response, please contact your customer value manager.
