Some tables in the new tm5 interface feature change logs. These are important for audit purposes.
Tables with change logs have two (2) ways to access them.
|Click the More button and select Show change log.|
|Choose an item in your table and click the Options button, then select Show change log.|
Select Show change log from the More button drop-down menu to open the change logs for that table in tm5.
By default, the table is grouped by Change ID. Click the arrow for any group to expand it.
Use the check-boxes to select items in the group. When you have two (2) items selected, the Compare button is activated.
Click the Compare button to open the Comparison dialog. Changes are highlighted in yellow. The newest entries are on the left.
Item Change Log
Click the Options button and select Show change log to open the change log for an item. The change log opens in a separate tab.
The Change ID filter is pre-selected for the item.
Remove the selection to show the change logs for all items. In this example, we are looking at change logs for standard settlement instructions.
Use the check-box to select an item for comparison. Only the check box for another item with the same Change ID is active.
Use that check-box to select the item and click the Compare button to open the Comparison dialog. Changes are highlighted in yellow. The newest entries are on the left.
