Contingent Worker Termination Details

Overview

The following table lists the fields in the Contingent Worker Termination Details category:

 

Field Name Description
CW Number Unique number assigned to the contingent worker within the CCW system
Termination Status Worker's current status in the termination process
Termination Queue Status Worker's next status in the termination process once the current status is completed
CW Action Action taken on a worker, for example a rate change, extension, etc.
Event User Last Name Last name of the user who performed the termination event.
Event User First Name First name of the user who performed the termination event.
Will Rehire Flag Y or N, indicates if the manager processing the termination selected that he/she would rehire the worker 
Termination Date Date the worker's termination was submitted, displayed in YYYY-MM-DD24HHMMSSZ
Termination Reason Reason for the worker's termination
Submit To Do Not Hire List Flag Y or N. If 'Will Rehire' was set to N, this flag indicates if 'Add to the Do Not Hire list' was selected as well
Rehire Reminder Flag Y or N, Indicates if the manager processing the termination selected to be reminded
Rehire Reminder Month Quantity If 'Rehire Reminder Flag' was set to Y, this is the number of months after which the reminder will be sent, as entered by the manager processing the termination.
Delete Flag Y or N, indicates if the contingent worker's termination record was marked as Deleted 
Active Record Flag Y or N, indicates if the contingent worker's record is currently active
Current CW Termination Information Flag Y or N, indicates if the record you are viewing in the report is the most current termination record for this contingent worker.
Termination Event Termination event
Current Approver CCW user set as approver for the termination
Next Approver CCW user set as next approver for the termination
Event Date Date of the termination event displayed in YYYY-MM-DD24HHMMSSZ
Job Title The terminated worker's job title
Start Date The start date of the assignment for the terminated worker
End Date The end date of the assignment for the terminated worker
Pay Through Date The last date for which the terminated worker will be paid, displayed in YYYY-MM-DD24HHMMSSZ 
Regular Pay Rate Regular hourly pay rate for the terminated worker
OT Pay Rate Overtime hourly pay rate for the terminated worker
Regular Bill Rate Hourly bill rate associated with the terminated worker (total rate billed for the worker)
OT Bill Rate Hourly overtime bill rate associated with the terminated worker (total OT rate billed for the worker)
MSP Regular Bill Rate Regular hourly bill rate for the MSP associated with the terminated worker
MSP OT Bill Rate Overtime hourly bill rate for the MSP associated with the terminated worker
VMS Regular Bill Rate Regular hourly bill rate for the VMS associated with the terminated worker
VMS OT Bill Rate Overtime hourly bill rate for the VMS associated with the terminated worker
Final Regular Bill Rate Final hourly bill rate associated with the terminated worker

Pre Approved Flag Pre approved flag
Preferred Termination Method Preferred method for the worker termination
Final Timesheet Approved Flag Y or N, indicates if the terminated worker's final timesheet is approved
Type of Termination Indicates if the worker's termination was Voluntary or Involuntary
Termination Confidential Flag Y or N, indicates if the worker's termination details must be kept confidential
IT Access Canceled Flag Y or N, indicates if IT access for the terminated worker has been canceled
Badge Collected Flag Y or N, indicates if the terminated worker's badge has been collected
Cash Advance Used Flag Y or N, indicates if the terminated worker's cash advance was used (if applicable)
Cash Advance Amount Amount of the terminated worker's cash advance (if applicable)
ER Approved Flag Y or N, indicates if the termination is ER approved.
Expense Approved Flag Y or N, indicates if the terminated worker has an approved expense
Other Company Property Collected Flag Y or N, indicates if other company property issued to the terminated worker has been collected
Termination Authorizer Manager who authorized the termination for the worker.
Termination Authorizer Email Email address of the manager who submitted the termination for the worker
Termination Tenure Gap Month Quantity Number of months for the tenure gap
CW Do Not Hire Reason If 'Submit To Do Not Hire List Flag' was set to Y, this is the reason selected
Termination Justification Free text entered in the Justification field when worker termination was submitted
Termination Comments Free text entered in the Comments field when worker termination was submitted
Visible To Supplier Flag Y or N, indicates if the worker's termination details are visible to supplier(s) associated with the worker
Termination Sequence Number Termination sequence number used when there is a sequential order of termination records
Previous CW That Never Worked Flag Indicates if this is a previous contingent worker that had never worked.
New CW That Never Worked Flag Indicates if this is a new contingent worker that had never worked.
Effective Begin Date Effective begin date displayed in YYYY-MM-DD24HHMMSSZ shows when this record was created.
Effective End Date Effective end date displayed in YYYY-MM-DD24HHMMSSZ shows the end date for this record.
