Program Acceptance Text

Every client has the ability to create new or maintain existing program acceptance verbiage. This is the attestation message that appears to your third parties when they submit an evaluation. Different message text can be defined/disabled program category and by language.

The process for modifying the program acceptance text is:

  1. Navigate to the Admin tab – Program Acceptance Text Management.
  2. Click New.
  3. Complete all the required fields and any optional fields that you wish to complete.
  4. Enter the new acceptance text.
  5. Click Save.

The process for disabling the program acceptance text is:

  1. Navigate to the Admin tab – Program Acceptance Text Management.

  2. Click New or select an existing message from the list.

  3. Select the program category and language and set the status to “Disable”.

  4. Click Save. Click Cancel to exit without saving your changes.
