Reset a Risk Assess Password

Passwords can be reset in three ways for standalone Risk Assess users and admins: 

  • From the login page
  • Directly from the User Management Grid
  • From within the user record for a given user.

Users with User Sync enabled cannot reset their password in Risk Assess. Password reset must be completed in Coupa Core. For more information, see The User Profile Settings Page.

Reset a password from the login page

On the login page, click the Forgot Password link and enter your username. A temporary password is then emailed to you.

Reset a password from the grid

  1. Go to Admin tab.
  2. The Administration page will display. Select the “User Management” link under the User Management and Security grouping.
  3. The User Management page will display. Scroll down to the user name for which you need to reset the password. Click the padlock icon.
  4. A pop up message is displayed. Click OK to confirm that you wish to change the user’s password. A message is displayed confirming that the password has been changed.

Reset a password from the user record

The process to reset a password is:

  1. Navigate to the Admin tab.
  2. The Administration page will display. Select the User Management link under the User Management and Security grouping.
  3. The User Management page will display. Scroll down to the user name for which you need to reset the password. Select the username.
  4. The User Profile page will display. Click Reset Password.

A pop up message is displayed. Click OK to confirm that you wish to change the user’s password. A message is displayed confirming that the password has been changed.
