Personal Items
The Personal tab allows users to customize a preferred view with pages and widgets designed by Coupa. Widgets are a component of the user interface that enables users to perform a function or access a service. In addition to the user dashboard, widgets are utilized in the application on the Info Management and Market Intelligence dashboards to provide the user with the ability to manipulate data as needed.
Within each page, widgets can be organized using drag and drop. Widgets can also be moved from page to page using drag and drop. Page and widget content can be added and deleted to configure the dashboard.

As the user navigates through the system, they will see an opportunity to attach tags to data. For example the user may want to tag items with a reference like “HIPAA,” or “Facilities,” or some other meaningful word. By clicking on those reference words from within the tag cloud, the user is provided a list of all data that’s been tagged with that word. Remember that these tags can be seen by all users, including suppliers; however, no one can access data that they’re not permitted to view.
