Risk Assess allows customers to create a view on the Supplier, Relationship, and Engagement grids. Risk Assess administrators may also create a view and set it as the default view for all users in a tenant.
These enhancements are similar in design to the core Coupa platform to give customers a smoother user experience between Coupa applications.
How it works
Create new view
Risk Assess administrators may create a new view in the Supplier, Relationship, and Engagement grids. First, select one of these tabs and locate the View option at the top-center of the grid. Select Create View in the dropdown menu.
On the Create New View page, you can configure the following categories:
- Default Sort Order
In the General section, you must give your new view a Name. Each view name must have a unique name in order to successfully save.
Next, the Start with view option allows you to select an existing view as a template. When creating your first new view, you will not have a view to select.
Finally, you may select Make Default View for Tenant to set the view for this grid to be the default view for all users in that tenant.
In the Conditions section, you may set your grid to Filter By a column, add a Filter Clause, and add a Filter Text.
The Columns section allows you to drag and drop columns between Available columns and Selected columns. Columns you select will be listed in order from top to bottom.
