Search criteria for multiple columns can be entered and activated simultaneously to get the desired result. The screen will display a listing of the reports that you have permission to view that meet the user’s filter criteria.
When one or more Grid column search-filters are active, the filter icon next to the column turns white as shown below:
To filter the Reports grid, click the Filter icon to the right of the column heading.
Enter a filter value in the blank textbox(es) located and select the filter condition from the selection list.
Click the Filter button.
To remove an existing filter, click the Clear button.
