Submit a CSO Ticket

 

  1. Head over to the Coupa Support Portal and click the SUBMIT A TICKET button.

  2. Provide specific detail for your situation.

    *) If no component is indicated, the ticket is placed in a general queue handling time will be longer. Support requests submitted by e-mail will also go into the general queue, which is why posting tickets directly in the Portal on-line is recommended.
     
  3. Continue to provide details of your issue.

  4. Once you click the Submit button, you're done. You'll be able to review your ticket when you click the Cases menu item.
