Still Receiving New PO Notifications After CSP User has been Deactivated


CSP User still receiving PO emails from the Coupa Customer after a CSP account has been deactivated.

Please contact the Coupa Customer and confirm PO transmission email is set to another email address on the Supplier Record










This is technically outside of the CSP that this is happening, the Coupa Customer has a field they fill out with a specific email address (or multiple) that when a PO is created on their side that the system sends a New PO notification out to that email address
