The following set of data gathering templates can be used by our customers to start collecting data that will be used as part of your Coupa implementation. These data elements can be loaded through QuickStart through the user interface or from the Setup tab within the application.
Below are the list of the attached templates, that can be directly loaded into the application.
- Accounts: Account codes that you have in your financial system. ie: GL, Cost Centers, etc..
- Items: Catalog items that you may choose to host in Coupa that your users will buy from.
- Users: The users that will be loaded into the system.
- Commodities: The categorization of spend for all your transactions.
- Suppliers: List of suppliers and their relevant information.
The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk in the attached Excel files.
