Edit User Type

Edit User Type

The following steps are used for MSP Users, Client Users, Supplier Users and/or CW Users.

  • Navigate to Administration > MSP/Client/Supplier/CW User Management
  • Enter desired search parameter(s).  Change Status to All.
  • Click Search.
  • Click the name of the user you want to edit.
  • On the user's profile page, in the Action List, click Edit User Type.
  • Select Client, MSP,  and Role to update.
  • Click the plus (+) to add the client/msp/role combination to the user’s profile.
  • Click Submit to update the user’s profile.
